The Space:

Boasting panoramic views of the region, this three-story villa spans 220 square meters and features three separate bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large open kitchen equipped with all the modern amenities, and a stylish living room designed with families in mind. Outside, a large private garden offers the perfect space for relaxation, complete with a garden table for those unforgettable summer dinners and ample room for kids to play.
Unwind in complete comfort and luxury with a host of features and amenities that will make you feel like a star, including double glass windows, oak parquet floors, a steam oven, a panoramic terrace overlooking the garden, a Nespresso machine, a washing machine, a high definition TV with a Netflix subscription, and even a Playstation PS4 for the kids. And to top it all off, the garden Jacuzzi provides the ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation.
The layout of the property is as follows:
TOP FLOOR: Master Bedroom with a Double sized bed, an Ensuite bathroom featuring a bathtub, and a private terrace.
GROUND FLOOR: Entrance that leads to a corridor connecting the stairs to the upper and lower floors. Additionally, there is a guest WC, a spacious living room, an open kitchen with stunning views, and a terrace that can seat up to 8 people for a panoramic experience.
LOWER FLOOR: 2 bedrooms, each with a Double sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a shared bathroom with a stand-alone shower, while Bedroom 3 has a shared bathroom with a stand-alone rain shower. Direct access to the garden area provides the ultimate relaxation experience, featuring a Jacuzzi, lounge area, and a playground for children.
All bedrooms are equipped with portable air conditioners, so you don't need to worry about the temperature during the summer. This unique property offers unparalleled comfort and safety for families, providing the perfect summer holiday experience.
Guest Access:
The villa includes one parking space within the residence, but please note that there are 20 steps to access it from the villa. It's important to consider that the residence does not have an an elevator to connect the two levels, as depicted in the staircase picture, so if you have any special needs or elderly family members, please keep this in mind.

The villa is located in below the Belmont street and to access the property there are about 25 steps.
You can reserve parking for 2 vehicles in an private indoor parking 200 meters away from the house.
The property does not have any parking itself.
Additionally can also find plenty of public spaces in the street in front of the villa which are subject to public parking rules.
As shown on the pictures you will see there are stairs to access the villa from the street as its the only access to the property.
