The first floor consists of a living room with fireplace, eat-in kitchen, large family and dining room, full bathroom (S/S), and a small bedroom with double bed. The second floor has two bedrooms that share a bathroom off the hallway (S/S), primary bedroom with private bathroom (tub only), small deck. The house gets lots of sunlight and has good outdoor space. A brick patio and first floor deck off dining room, small side yard with outdoor shower. Air conditioning for second floor only. Ceiling fan in family room and primary bedroom.
