Welcome to your 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Turner. You can access all the property's amenities throughout your stay.

LIFT:
Lift is non-functional for the entire building now until further notice, which means stairs need to be used or exiting out the parking entry to access the property level.
BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 50" Sony smart TV which you can use. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions. Guests must use their own login with Chromecast for relevant streaming services. TV has access to all local channels.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The garage can accommodate one vehicle. If you need additional parking, there is street parking available on Moore Street. You can park there for free for up to two hours between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM. However, please note that there is no parking allowed on Fridays.
There is a key-safe for self check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
There are many exciting activities and attractions to discover in the area! If you enjoy museums, you won't want to miss the National Museum of Australia, the Australian War Memorial, or the Canberra Museum & Gallery.
Additionally, there are numerous delicious restaurants to choose from. Lazy Su is a must-visit for their exceptional Asian-fusion cuisine - be sure to try their wagyu cheese stick spring roll! For those in the mood for pasta, The Italian Place Enoteca is an excellent choice, with top-notch food and service. Finally, if you're looking for a fun evening out, the Tipsy Bull is a fantastic gin bar and restaurant, with a vast selection of gin options and knowledgeable servers to help you find the perfect flavour. There are a few options for getting around the area. You could take the bus, hop on a train, or if you prefer, take a taxi or use Uber. It really depends on your preference and what works best for you.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check-in/out times. We need to collect $50 for every hour, or increment thereof, of delayedcheckout.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the regular cleaning and linens in the property. As this is not a hotel, please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be requested (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy on our Airbnb listing.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of people that can book the property. Any non-guests must leave by 10:00 pm. And there should strictly be no loud noise after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty if this house rule is breached.
7. There are some items in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk) that you are welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics (i.e. muesli). We don't stock in the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. I list my property as not suitable for kids or infants as it is not child-proofed and we don't have baby amenities (i.e. high chair, cot). However, if the kids will be under adult supervision at all times, booking with children is no problem.
