🏠OUR HOME
As you enter the front door, you’ll be welcomed by our gray leather recliner couch. Passing the recliner couch you’ll see the golden chandelier shine against our 6 chair glass dining table, leading into the kitchen. Be sure to snuggle in and watch your favorite movie while fresh cookies rise in the oven, as our home includes a fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen appliances: (Additional appliances can be provided upon request)

All beds include luxury 100% cotton white fitted sheet, flat sheet, King or Standard pillows, pillow cases, pillow covers, throw pillows, and a cozy warm blanket. Depending on number of guests and duration of stay, extra bed sheet sets and towels may be provided upon request.
🛋️BEDROOM 1: Kids Play Room
The 1st room is the most versatile. Whether you’re looking for a quiet work space, a playroom for the kids, or simply want a good nights rest, this 1st bedroom offers it all. The black velvet 3 person sofa very easily converts to a Full Size bed by pulling out the bottom drawer on the short side, as shown in pictures. You’ll find a Full Size set of bed sheets underneath the long side of the sofa. Unique to this room is an additional Extra Thick Quality Plush Mattress Topper to aid in your comfortability.

🛏️ BEDROOM 2: Guest Room
Enter into a mellow peach escape when you step into the guest room. Guest room boasts of a California King bed and large walk in closet. Lay back and enjoy your favorite show on the Smart Roku TV (all common streaming services available) or unwind and enjoy the sunset rays peak through the room.
🛏️ BEDROOM 3: Master Suite
Curl up in the plush spa robes and enjoy your morning coffee, while you take in the desert views. The master suite boasts a California King-size bed with a cloud-like memory foam mattress and luxury bedding. Envision a relaxing shower in the ensuite master bathroom, equipped with a rainfall shower system, and an Anti-fog LED mirror. Master suite is conveniently located on the opposite side of the bedrooms for extra privacy and tranquility.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, and hope you can return to experience the final version of our desert heaven soon. Suggestions and recommendations are always appreciated, we aim to live comfortably in our home, and hope you remain comfortable as well! ✨
🏘️ Property Details: Our home sits on a half acre property with a fully detached back house. Both houses are separated by a backyard fence for full privacy. Backhouse is occupied by host or contractors depending on the day of the week. The only shared space is the driveway to enter the property. Don’t hesitate to ask if host will be occupying the back house during your stay, we do not mind confirming! Host will only enter front house if there is an emergency, or if assistance is requested/required.
🅿️PARKING: 4 car spot driveway. Recommended to park inside of fence, avoid parking outside of fence on street side.

To ensure your safety and security while on our property we are delighted to disclose that there are 3 total security cameras on the exterior of the property and the property is fully fenced. First camera is located pointing directly at the drive way entrance. Second camera is pointing directly at the front door entrance. Third camera is located on the back porch of the front house, pointing towards the back house entrance. There is absolutely no cameras inside of house. Side gates will remain locked during your stay.
Bedroom 1- closet is not accessible for use. Closet is used as Host storage.
NO GARAGE ACCESS- garage is used as Host storage.
Locked cabinets- any locked cabinets in halls or kitchen are not accessible for use unless otherwise approved by Host in writing.
Laundry Room- is connected to garage by a drywall. Please do not damage walls/ garage entrance, or expose the garage storage. Doing so will inquire a minimum $250 damage fee.

*Any permanent damage to walls/ technology/ windows/ flooring/ appliances/ towels/ bedding/ landscaping/ anything on property, will be subject to minimum $250 damage fee depending on severity of damage*
