Pool is not heated & seasonally available late May - September.
This 5 bedroom home can comfortably accommodate 16 people (up to 18 people with pull out couch).

3. Fully Stocked Kitchen with eat-in dining space (seating for 6)
4. Large Dining Room with seating for 16 (coffee station and mini bar (BYOB)

6. Large Den with XL Projector, pull out couch and games galore!

1. Primary Bedroom with King Bed and attached Bath (spa tub, TV, full size shower, double vanity and heat lamp)
2. Large King Bedroom with TV and a Trundle pull out (2 twins)
3. Large King Bedroom with TV, dedicated work space (desk + chair) and access to the Balcony
4. Hallway Full Bath with standing shower, full jetted bath tub, low height vanity (child friendly) and heat lamp.
This floor has direct access to a large covered balcony overlooking the front yard and designed for outdoor relaxation.
The front porch is the perfect place to relax and watch friends and family play games!

Step out on the deck for some fresh mountain air and cozy up with a glass of your favorite wine or hot chocolate. You'll find plenty of room to entertain, whether it's gathering around the outdoor dining table or on the loungers overlooking the pool. Whip up those classic barbecue meals you love so much using the electric/charcoal grill!
Take a walk down the deck steps – here awaits you an inviting wood burning firepit surrounded by string lights, perfect for making s'mores with those you care about. Firewood is provided!
After exploring all the beauty that Asheville and the surrounding area has to offer, relax in the hot tub or find solace while rocking gently in a swing chair with your favorite book! The barrel sauna awaits after an exciting day of exploring and hiking!
The pool and hot tub are fully gated for saftey.
The hot tub is cleaned between each guest.

Your private home awaits you at the end of a long driveway on a forested 2 acre lot in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
Check in any time after 4pm EST and check out is at 10am EST. You are welcomed to enjoy the entire space, with easy access through the front door equipped with an electronic keypad that sends out your unique code before you arrive.
You can park up to 4 cars on the parking pad in front of the garage doors. The garage is not accessible to vehicles. If you have an electric car, there are nearby chargers located a 5 minute drive from our home.
TVs are available in all bedrooms. The living room has a large projector screen. You are welcome to use your own streaming subscription services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+. Please remember to log out at the end of your stay.
For your safety there is a doorbell with camera and two exterior cameras located on the outside of the property. There are NO indoor cameras.
A fire extinguisher and first aid kit are located on each level.
Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are located throughout the home.
