The Space:
Welcome to our enchanting forest loft, a true haven for nature enthusiasts. This unique studio space is suspended over the trees and on 10-meter-high beams to create a floating-like structure. Large windows offer views of the forest from everywhere like you’re in a treehouse. The location allows for total isolation if you’re looking for a romantic getaway or just a peaceful escape in nature.
As you step inside, you'll be captivated by the charming ambiance and most likely immediately see the greatest spot in the house – the hot tub! Soak with a glass of wine and enjoy nature-filled views out the window, or lounge on the suspended net, just enjoying the peaceful sounds of nature!
Enjoy the outdoors on the deck, where you find a table and chairs and a barbecue grill, perfect for fresh air, grilling, enjoying meals alfresco, and simply relaxing.
If you’d rather cook indoors, there’s a well-equipped kitchen with all you’d need, including a stove, to prepare simple meals at home and a cozy 2-seater breakfast bar to enjoy them!
When it’s time to rest and recharge, you’ll have a plush queen bed in the center of the space with a wall-mounted Smart TV for downtime moments. Plus, the bathroom features all you need: a sink, toilet, plenty of storage space, and a stand-in shower with a rainfall showerhead.

The Neighborhood:
The property is nestled in a tranquil forest setting at the highest point inside Pinar de la Venta bordering Bosque La Primavera, the Spring Forest. The setting allows for a quiet and peaceful atmosphere with beautiful hiking trails, charming cafes, and local markets nearby to explore! Downtown Guadalajara is only about a 30-minute drive, and a 10-minute drive gets you to the entrance of the forest.
Getting Around:
The nearest international airport to the property is the Guadalajara Airport (GDL) which is approximately 25 miles | 40 km away (driving time varies based on traffic and time of day).
Other Things to Note:
The photos show the unit "type" that you'll be staying in. There is more than one with the same layout, with slight differences in decor between each one. But the amenities and bed set up and sizes are the same.
Guests must climb stairs to reach the entrance to the apartment.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
Electricity is included in short-term but not long-term rentals (30+ nights). If you’re staying long-term, we’ll compare the meter reading from check-in to check-out. The charge is 6 MXN per KwH.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 11 pm and before 7 am, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are allowed, a maximum of 1 pet, with prior approval, and a pet fee applies.
Interaction with Guests:
Someone will be there to meet you when you arrive to show you around, answer questions, and give you the keys. Driving instructions and more will be provided before your arrival.
