PARKING:
Parking accommodates up to 4-5 vehicles. Guests are welcome to park in the garage, driveway or on the street.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire house with the exception of two closets. Laundry is located inside of the garage. Guests also have access to both outdoor areas - both are secured and private. Guests will be provided with a keyless entry code prior to arrival. We live in the neighborhood, but will not be on the property unless an issue arises.
Other things to note
There is no life guard on duty at the pool. This is a private pool, and children should never be left unattended. We ask that no glass be used on the poolside patio. We have provided plastic plates to be used on poolside patio.
The front, back and side patios of the property are under surveillance via camera 24/7. Video doorbell with camera is next to the front door.
No parties or events are allowed. Parties will result in an immediate cancellation. Only the number of registered guests are allowed on the property.
No smoking inside the property or on the outdoor patios.
