You know how some properties claim that "no detail was spared?" Well, this property fully delivers in regard to design. The light fixtures are bold and unique. The cabinets make a statement. And, wait...is that a cabinet or a fridge? We see how you could be confused because both the fridge and dishwasher are paneled. Every direction you turn, the thoughtful design of this villa will grab your attention. When you're done "ooohing and ahhhing" the interior, meander outside to take in the view!
Allow me to take you on a descriptive tour of Villa Solaris. When you push open the large wooden door, you're greeted by the impressive kitchen and living room to your right and the spacious, minimalist primary bedroom to your left. There's a set of stairs in front of you that will take you to the three remaining bedrooms. Let's go right and explore the kitchen and living room. The first thing you will notice are the striking, vaulted ceilings. They add a grandeur to the room that cannot be described. After that, you'll probably pause on the chandelier over the living room, and marvel at its uniqueness. You might be tempted to ask where it was purchased, but unfortunately, we don't have that information. Moving on from the comfortable couch, facing the 75" frame TV, you'll make your way over to the impressive kitchen with its 6-burner gas range, custom panel fridge and dishwasher, spacious island with seating, bespoke cabinetry, and be so excited to watch the private chef you hired to prepare your meals in this luxury kitchen.
Right off the kitchen and living room area is the expansive deck, overlooking the Westin and the harbor for Frenchman's Cove. Out here you will find a comfortable sectional and a dining table with room for eight. Sip your coffee in the mornings watching the cruise ships arrive and dine in the evenings watching the them depart, lit up like Christmas trees. You can enjoy Sonos music throughout the home, including on the pool deck.
To continue the tour, we will cross the entryway again, past the half-bathroom, and enter the primary bedroom. The huge, floor to ceiling windows, let in the view. The curtains ensure you can sleep in if you partied a little late and hard the night before. Are you a chronic over-packer? There is ample storage in the primary bedroom with a wall of closets to your right and a walk-in closet to your left, with laundry. If you continue around the bed, you will find a gorgeous primary bathroom with double vanity sinks and seamless walk-in shower. There's a double glass pane door that lets in plenty of light and leads out to a small patio.
When you head downstairs, you will find three additional bedrooms. One bedroom is attached to another full kitchen on the second level and can be closed off via a door from the rest of the house. There are also two bathrooms on this level. From the second level, you can head outside to the pool deck and another seating area just before the pool deck. The grill is also located on this level. Jump in the refreshing pool, sip your ideal beverage, and watch the cruise ships head out of port. You've found paradise.
