Welcome to Renee's on the Bay! This single family home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Galvez Landing Boat Launch, Perdido Key Kid Park, Big Lagoon State Park and Gulf Islands National Seashore. We also have some beach supplies (beach chairs, umbrella and toys) for you to use when you visit our famous sugar white sand beaches! This dog friendly (sorry no cats, and small dogs only) coastal home has everything you will need for your next beach vacation. Sit out on the covered back patio and enjoy nature. The backyard is fenced in, which allows privacy and room for your pet to play. Mature trees surround the house, offering plenty of shade. A short walk from the house you will find Innerarity Point Park a community play ground, with playground equipment, and walkway down to the Intercoastal Waterway, where you can enjoy watching the boats sail down the canal!
This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. When you enter the home, you will be delighted with the updated décor and coastal vibe. The open living area features a modern kitchen with appliances and cooking essentials to make delicious meals during your stay. In the living room there is a large screen smart tv, and comfortable seating. There are beautiful kitchen counters, counter stools and a small table where you can enjoy homecooked meals. Don't feel like cooking? There are plenty of local restaurants located nearby including local's favorites Hub Stacey's and The Pointe
When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or exploring Perdido Key, downtown Pensacola or nearby Orange Beach, the home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The primary bedroom includes a king size bed with comfortable bedding, large flat screen smart tv, en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also a large walk-in closet. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and comfortable bedding, flat screen smart tv and closet. The third guest bedroom also has a queen bed with comfortable bedding and smart tv. There is also a full-size washer and dryer available for you to use during your stay.
We make it easy for you to stay with us! Drive straight to the house and access with a lock code. Prior to your visit we will send you your access codes. The house has a private driveway for parking.

No parties, events, or smoking of any kind. Evidence of violation of the smoking policy will result in additional cleaning fees. This is a pet friendly home, we accept small dogs only, absolutely not cats. Please message the host for approval of your pet. Extra pet fee is required.
