This previously Chateau style Mansion has been recently remodeled with a modern & coastal makeover. This waterfront estate is located on 90 feet of deep water just minutes from the Intracoastal in the exclusive Las Olas Isles neighborhood in East Fort Lauderdale.
This property is filled with endless activities for ALL AGES.
Play a round of 9 ball OR Ping-Pong while watching sports in the Billiards Room, burn off some calories by swimming against the current in Jetted Pool or bicycle.
We designed this home for your enjoyment! We want you to BE COMFORTABLE. All of the bedrooms have high quality Luxury linens and smart TV's. Additionally, 3 of the 7 bedrooms have desks (for those guests who may need to work remotely).

Villa Fiesta makes a grand entrance, immediately greeting its guests with a refreshing and airy 2 story foyer complete with a Billiards table, Game Table, Large Flat Screen TV, and plenty of comfortable Lounge Seating.
Directly off the Foyer, to the right, is the Formal Dining area with seating for 12+ guests.
There are 4 guestrooms downstairs: Primary Suite w/French doors leading to pool & waterfront w/separate jetted soaking tub & shower
2 Guest Rooms w/King Beds; plus a den off 1 of those w/queen sleeper sofa (great for kids).
Large Waterfront Family Room complete with wet bar, sectional sofa w/motorized seats, an oversized Smart TV & even a movie popcorn machine.
The very large 'cooks kitchen' is open to the family room for keeping everyone part of the action. The kitchen is fully stocked w/professional quality cookware & all the gadget plus built in Miele coffee machine,& 6 burner gas stove. Kitchen Island has seating for 8. Laundry on premises
Upstairs on the 2nd level are the3 remaining guest rooms.
The first is the largest of the three, is en suite and features a Restoration Hardware King Bed, sitting area, and desk.
The 2nd bedroom is a Queen
The 3rd bedroom features Twin over Full Bunkbeds
These 2 guest rooms share a bath.
EXTERIOR
A highlight of this property is the Extremely Private Backyard! The Backyard features Multi Zone Sonos Speakers, Al fresco Covered dining for 12, Heated Jet Current Pool w/relaxing fountain, Propane & Coal BBQ grill options, & comfortable covered/uncovered Lounge seating where you can work on your tan or lose yourself in a good book.
Imagine the solitude (or group fun) taking these water toys out as you travel the canal out to the intracoastal. There is also plenty of room to dock a boat (we can arrange a rental or bring your own) & the floating dock makes it easy to jump on rented jet skis or kayaks & paddleboards (the latter 2 on premises.

BUSINESS NOTES:
NO CANCELLATION -- even w Pandemic. Should a member of your party end up sick, we will be happy to reschedule you at a mutually agreeable date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a re-scheduling policy if you have booked HOLIDAY Dates (Presidents Day, Easter, Pesach/Passover, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot (October Holidays), Chanukah, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's)
DISCOUNTS: We do offer discounts on multiple week or monthly bookings.
(however, if holidays are during that time the discount will be less) No discounts for Christmas/New Year's weeks.
Rent and EXIT Cleaning Fees are based on 10 or fewer guests. Should you have 11 or more guests, there will be an additional charge based on # of guests, length of stay, & time of year.
Should you be staying with us 2 or more weeks, we have found our guests enjoy a mid-stay cleaning (at an additional charge of $1000-$1,150 -- based on # of guests). Please note if your stay is during a Holiday time & more than 7 nights but less than 14, we will also schedule a mid-stay cleaning.
There will be a cr card convenience fee ranging from 4-10%.
