The space
There is 1 FREE PARKING spot in the apartment building and usually a lot of parking spaces in front of the apartment building which you can park for free at night. And a 24 hour parking lot with walking distance.
You have everything in the flat(around 90 sqm) so you can walk in without bringing a lot of personal hygiene products.
The flat’s shape is like a square, all 3 bedrooms are accessible to the 20 sqm big balcony which contains a table and 2 chairs and a bench for you to relax and a closet to put your belongings.
It has COOLING and heating system and FAST SPPED WIFI in all the rooms as well as all the necessary cooking utensils:
dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, kettle, bread maker, frying pans, pots, multifunctional barbecue&hotpot pan, dishes, plates, glasses, mugs, tea pot and a small coffee maker, some Chinese green tea and coffee, and oil, salt and different seasonings, there is also washing machine and drying rack for you to use.
In each lockable bedrooms, there is a double bed, a table and a chair for you to work with, a wardrobe with hangers to hang your clothes, and some extra blankets, books, garbage bin, pens and notebook and an iron, a weight scale for you to use.
✅For the 2 sofa beds, they can be opened, so in total can sleep 4 person!
And if you are from China/Australia, we also have charger adapters, so you don’t need to worry about charging your electronic devices :)
In the bathroom and shower room(both with toilet), you can find a hot tub, a shower, 2 toilets, 3 pair of slippers, a washing machine, some cleaning tools including a vacuum, a hair dryer, clean towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste and toilet paper and a facial cleanser!

All in all, there are restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets, a 24/7 convenience store around the apartment so you don’t need to worry about the food or ways of relaxing.

To make the apartment a better living space and find the best guest, from August, we will evaluate and choose A BEST GUEST(who has kept the apartment cleanest) each month and will REFUND the CLEANING FEE to you! We will inform you privately the result in the beginning of the next Month through Airbnb.
