The estate sports a home theater with seating for up to 12 individuals. The large entertaining space downstairs has large double doors leading directly to the outdoor pool area. The home has dramatic views of Hawk Mountain Sanctuary's "North Lookout" (an average of 20,000 hawks, eagles are identified & counted as they pass by this lookout each year).
The property is located just a very short distance from I-78- about 2 hrs from NYC and 90 minutes from Philadelphia. Enjoy the very best of what rural PA living has to offer, just a relatively short drive from the city. There is fly fishing nearby in the trout-stocked Little Schuylkill River as well as several hiking trails in the surrounding area.

1. Crystal Cave is a Subterranean attraction of rock formations, with outdoor mini golf and panning for gems. It is about a 32 min drive from the Estate.
2. Hungry for some BBQ? Highly rated, Brother’s BBQ is the perfect place for you! And it’s only a 9 min drive from the Estate.
3. Coffee Shops: Market Square Coffee House (11 min.), Sweet Barista (19 min.), Hope and Coffee (21 min.), Pressed coffee and books (23 min.)
4. If you’re up for a hiking adventure, Hawk Mountain Sanctuary is located in Kempton, PA and is about an 8 minute drive from the Estate.
5. Another popular hike is Pulpit Rock. It’s a 30 minute drive to the trailhead in Kempton, PA with a gorgeous lookout at the end.
Couple NOTES:
1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 / per day.
3. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, sponge, dish detergent tablet, dish rags, and bath essentials. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started.
4. This property is equipped with security cameras for the safety of the home and it's renters.
5. NO Parties.
