All surfaces, especially door handles, bedrails, tabletops and light switches are disinfected.

Mulberry Mansion was established in 2005 to provide an eco resort style holiday home for the Fremantle area.
Unique in our concepts and building design we have created an experience that ensures all our guests simply never want to leave.
Mulberry Mansion. A 3 bedroom eco resort style holiday home.
A truly unique home that incorporates a subtle mix of natural resources such as limestone, recycled brick and recycled timber under a traditional tin roof. Double story in its basic design this accommodation is staged over 6 internal levels allowing a subtle mixture of four bedrooms, each individually finished and unique.
Incorporated into the design of the house are some 120 mini prayer temples imported directly from India, which are perfect for mood lighting when lit up with small tee light candles. Marble floors throughout the ground floor living area and a designer kitchen that has everything.
The house features an open plan lounge and dinning area, with large LCD TV, DVD player, CD player and pot belly heater for those romantic nights in front of the fire.
Entrance Hall – Large open plan room with cathedral ceilings.
Kitchen – Custom built kitchen with all the appliances - including gas hob, fan forced electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge, breakfast bar, stainless steel bench tops, full dinner setting for 8, large pantry, toaster, kettle etc etc.
Dinning area – Huge custom built dinning table that seats 8.
Laundry – front loader washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing, laundry basin, ample cupboards.
Main bathroom – Huge 3 person spa bath with over head shower built in to raised platform. Finished in hardwood throughout. Large windows.
Bathroom 2 - Located upstairs. Newly renovated large open plan bathroom with central shower.
Double car parking space.
The huge landscaped gardens attract an abundance of native birds and are completely secluded and private with activities such as swimming in the below ground pool (with designer pool area including timber decking and limestone finish, subtle mood lighting and shaded area with sun-lounges.)
This is the perfect place to relax and unwind whist enjoying the outdoor bbq area.
Sleeping Configuration - 3 unique bedrooms
Mulberry Mansion provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for a wide variety of guests.
All bedding, bath towels and additional swimming pool/beach towels are provided.
Our main bedroom is a huge north facing room enhanced dramatically by the multitude of wrought iron windows and French doors which open up onto a substantial private balcony overlooking the landscaped gardens.
The Main Bedroom is split-level in design and features a huge king size bed with bedside cupboards situated on the lower level. The upper level is considered to be your own retreat away from the main house and includes a comfortable lounge suite, and TV. Located upstairs. Reverse cycle air conditioning. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2 - Also split level in design. One queen bed. Sleeps 2. Also located upstairs and packed full of minute features that will inspire.

Bedroom 3 - Queen bed. Sleeps 2. Although the smallest of our bedrooms this newly renovated room is perfectly furnished and located semi-underground, ample natural light and blonde ash flooring ensure this room receives a warm reception from all.
Daybed area - Huge futon bed. Sleeps 2. (used as additional sleeping area if required.) Located on a landing half way upstairs this daybed is like no other - features a thatched roof and massive futon mattress built into a raised platform and surrounded by custom made timber book shelves - the perfect spot for relaxing and reading.
Locality and getting around.
Central Fremantle is a 3 minute drive from the property.
Taxi fare from central Fremantle to Mulberry Mansion approx. $10 - $12.
The property is located on regular bus routes from Fremantle and Perth City, buses pass by every 15 minutes.
Perth central CBD 20 mins drive. Or 20 mins by train from Fremantle.
Perth International Airport 30 mins drive depending upon the traffic.
Perth Domestic airport 30 mins drive depending upon the traffic.
Rottnest Island 25 mins by ferry from Fremantle.
Valley Park is a public park area that is only 50 meters from the property. There are swings, a slid and playground for the kids or take a soccer ball and have a kick.
Fremantle public golf course is only 2 block s away. Bring your clubs.
