Summary:
Beautiful modern renovated cottage, close to the city center and all the trendy bars, shops and cafes of Grey Lynn, Ponsonby and K Road. You'll also be able to park your car off the road on the driveway! Street parking is also available.
A bus stop can be found right around the corner with buses leaving roughly every 10 minutes to the city center.
The property is tucked away from the road and is amazingly quiet. Enjoy this peaceful and relaxing oasis in the heart of the city.
The Space:
Incredible indoor/outdoor flow and huge alfresco dining table. The living room is large, has plenty of couch space for your whole group and has a smart TV!
Two of the bedrooms have comfy queen beds and closet space. The third bedroom has a single-size bunk bed.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you may need to make your own meals.
You'll also find a washer and dryer in the hallway closet free for your use.
We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.
We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

The Neighborhood:
Grey Lynn - You'll be just a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk away from cafes, restaurants, bars and easy eats on Great North Road like La Mexciana, Pocket bar, Postal Service cafe and many more. Grey Lynn Park and Arch Hill Scenic reserve are also just a short walk away.
Ponsonby – There is old colonial-style architecture there, many great stores for shopping, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Some of the best restaurants in Auckland are here, especially great for fine dining as this is an up-market area of Auckland.
The Viaduct - the best bars and restaurants in the city! The New Zealand Maritime Museum is here, as well as Silo Park where you can watch outdoor films for free in the evening. You can also catch ferries from here to the amazing islands in the Hauraki Gulf like Waiheke, Tiritiri Matangi, and Rangitoto, as well as go on a whale and dolphin safari.
Federal Street - next to the Sky Tower (you can't miss it!) There are a lot of really nice bars and restaurants and cafes in this street, as well as the Sky City Casino and of course the Sky Tower. Dine at the top of tower at restaurant with the best views in Auckland, and jump off the Sky Walk to get down
Aotea Square - Auckland's cultural centre. Surrounding the square you'll find the Town Hall, Aotea Centre, Event cinemas, and two theatres (The Civic and the Q). The square itself is a nice place to people watch and sip some coffee. An ice-rink is the main attraction here during winter.
Albert Park, Art Gallery and the Museum - Albert Park is a lovely place where you can chill and read, and the Auckland art gallery is next door on Wellesley Street. If you keep walking up Wellesley Street, past Auckland University, and across Grafton Road, you will eventually find Auckland Domain which is the biggest park in Auckland and has the Auckland War Memorial Museum, as well as an amazing botanical garden.
Karangahape Road (a.k.a 'K' Road) - If you head up the hill on Queen Street, you'll eventually reach K Road, where you'll find Auckland's alternative night scene. Many great bars, live music, shisha cafes, and cheap takeaways are what K Road is known for.
Getting Around:
Best way to get around Auckland is driving or Uber. There is also a bus stop that can be found right around the corner with buses leaving roughly every 10 minutes to the city centre.

Key Pick-Up: The key is in a lockbox at the property. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.
Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with the ID provided for the main guest. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.
Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this property.
Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 4x tea/coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
