Every detail in this home has been meticulously designed, featuring beautiful Spanish porcelain tile floors and custom PGT high-impact doors and windows that provide plenty of natural light. The gourmet kitchen boasts a wet bar, a full suite of Wolf appliances, a Subzero refrigerator, and a wine cooler. Adjacent to the kitchen is a chic dining room table and a casual seating area with a sectional, side chairs, and a TV. The patio doors open to an outdoor dining area with a ceiling fan, perfect for enjoying meals prepared inside or on the BBQ grill.
The primary bedroom, located on the second floor, offers a tranquil retreat with a private balcony to enjoy sunsets and sunrises. It includes a walk-in closet with built-in shelves and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a broad double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a spa-like standalone tub. The two guest suites on the first floor feature plush bedding, luxury linens, and coastal-themed ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. This level also includes a half bath and a washer and dryer for your convenience. This home requires a 30-night minimum stay.
Parking: A maximum of 2 cars can park overnight, one in the driveway and one in the garage. Please coordinate with your group accordingly, as there is no additional overnight parking or street parking available. Daytime parking is available in the alley behind the property (take the first right after the house on Broadway and then another immediate right turn).
