Bahia Beach will provide a variety of extraordinary services and activities that will keep all guests entertained from sunrise to sunset. The lush property features a tennis center, a state of the art gym, pools, golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr driving range, 4 miles of nature trails, 70 acres of lakes, 2 mile of secluded beach, and a boat house for water sports. An indulging Remede Spa and exquisite dining options will delight all senses, including Fern Restaurant, featuring culinary creations by world famous Chef Jean-Georges Vongerinchten, The Club by Jose Enrique, St. Regis Bar, Seagrapes Beach Front Restaurant, Sugar Beach Club Pool and Bar, and Sand Dollar Beach.
Villa Blanca will enchant you with its impeccable serene decor in natural tones and ocean inspired motifs. You will find the comforts of home in this pristine villa with designer furnishings, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a spacious terrace. The villa features 2 bedrooms (Master suite and a Second suite) and 3 full bathrooms.
The Master suite is furnished with a king size heavenly comfortable bed with lush pillows and duvet cover, a TV with cable and spectacular views of the lake and coconut plantation trees. The large en-suite bathroom has double sinks, a spacious shower for two, a bath tub, and private toilet and bidet.
The Second suite is furnished with two ultra comfortable full size beds with lush pillows and duvet covers, a TV with cable, a spacious stand up shower for two and toilet. Its large window has amazing views of the palm trees and lake.
The comfortable and relaxed open plan living area has plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view of the 8th hole, lake and coconut plantation. The french doors provide access to a large terrace where you may enjoy spending time having breakfast, lounging or napping in the afternoon, or having cocktails while watching the Caribbean sunset.
For the chef in the house, the gourmet open plan, state of the art kitchen has GE Profile appliances, and all the amenities you will need to prepare an amazing meal. You may enjoy your meals in the kitchen island's comfy stools or in the adjacent dining table featuring seating for 6.
To get around you may use the complementary bikes that can be picked up at the Boat House, or you could use the four-seater Golf Cart included in the villa rental.
**Resort Fees and Amenities:**
Please note that a daily Resort Fee of $55 will be charged to all rental guests by Bahia Beach. The Resort Fee covers up to 6 guests and gives you complete access to all the amenities in the resort except the St. Regis Pool during the pandemic. Puerto Rico has implemented COVID density guidelines for hotel pools and until further notice, access to the St. Regis Pool is only allowed for hotel guests.

Resumen: We enjoyed our stay at this fabulous rental. The view is gorgeous and the amenities at the Saint Regis were unparalleled. I think it’s definitely one of the top five nicest places to stay in Puerto Rico. I would definitely go back in the future. The check in process was very easy and contact With the property manager was very responsive. A few minor things came up. It seem like every time I adjusted the thermostat it would auto adjust back to a very high temperature every two hours. I’m not sure if this was a default setting or if the property manager was adjusting it because it was Wi-Fi connected. The resort is vast and you really need a golf cart to get around to the different amenities. The unit is really set up for six people plus people. However, it only comes with a four person golf cart. Many of the other units had six person golf carts which would’ve been much more helpful. When we tried to rent an additional golf cart or a six person golf cart from the club house they were all sold out for the week and they would’ve been an additional $75 a day if they had any. The property manager should consider investing in a six person Golf cart or a second golf cart. The washing machine only works on the whites setting. All the other settings don’t work and stop after 10 minutes. This would’ve been nice to know. We paid an additional $50 a day For resort access cards and no one ever asked for them so that was kind of a waste. When we first arrived to the unit the water was turned off so we need to figure out where the shut off and on was. However the management was very attentive to help us. Overall the unit was even more attractive than the pictures in the listing. It’s really an ideal situation for a family with all the extra room/ kitchen.
