The 8500 sqft Luxe Villa is divided in 2 levels, and a beautiful tropical backyard.
On first floor you will find a stylish living room with fireplace, a spacious dinning area for the group, a beautiful gaming area with the pool table, Grand piano, ping pong and dartboard. Also, the laundry room, a half bathroom, and a suite bedroom with its own bathroom are located at this level.
On the second floor, you will find a double bedroom with an immense bathroom that is divided in 2 areas with 2 toilets and a double shower. It also has a hot tub. This master bedroom has its own balcony where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast while enjoying the views to the pool area. There is 3 more rooms for a total of 5 elegant bedrooms.
All rooms are communicated with their bathrooms.
In the backyard you will find the chill out area next to the magnificent heated pool and jacuzzi for 8 people. Next to it, we find the outdoor dining area with barbecue to enjoy excellent evenings with friends or family. At the back, along with the tropical palm trees and RGB ambient lighting, we find the fire pit area to enjoy nice evenings and conversations while watching the sunset or under the starlight.
Luxury Villa and all its amenities are 100% for guests.
This beautiful villa is located in a privileged residential area that covers all needs. Just 1 minute away you will find a publix supermarket, a dunkin donut and different restaurants. Also just 4 minutes away there is a 24/7 CVS.
On the property there is more than enough space for 3 cars on the driveway.

NO PARTIES, LOUDNESS OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS IN ANY MOMENT
This is a luxury property of more than $1M with expensive amenities. By any reason an event or party is NOT welcome and they are totally banned.
The total number of guest must be registered. No extra guests are welcome without prior permission and registration.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED
Any attempt to party will incur a call to the police department for eviction, a $2,000 charge and immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
NO SMOKING OR DRUGS
No smoking or drugs, any attempt to smoke will incur a call to the police department and a $300 charge. No smoke in front, backyard or inside home of the property in any moment.
NO LOUD NOISE
Quiet hours 11pm - 7am smart sensors adapted to noise limits regulations to help you to control excess of noise at any moment. Police calls due noise complaints from neighbors will be considered a party, and the same fine will be applied.
NO EXTRA OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS
The registration of the specific number of guests is necessary to comply with all local regulations. no extra guests or walk-in friends in any time without previous authorization. Please contact our team to add and verify extra guests.

RESPECT NEIGHBORS
This is a luxe residential area, respect neighbors in any moment.
PARK
It is only allowed to park a maximum of 3 vehicles. No visitor parking and no vehicles can be left on the street.
DO NOT CONSUME BEVERAGES OR FOOD IN THE ROOMS
Do not consume beverages or food in the rooms, as they may bring ants. Additionally, stains on the sofa or beds require professional cleaning.
DOORS AND WINDOWS
Keep doors and windows closed to maintain the temperature of the property and avoid damage from air conditioning.
LIGHTS
Turn off all lights, heating system and A/C when leaving the property.
DO NOT THROW ANY TRASH, TOWELS, WIPES, ETC INTO THE TOILET.
Do not flush trash, towels, washcloths, etc down the toilet.
PATIO
The patio lights are automated, they will turn at sunset and they will turn off at 12 a.m, no noise is allowed in the patio after that hour.
GARBAGE
Keep the property clean; dumpsters are on the right side of the villa. Place the dumpster in front of the property if you need trash picked up or if the dumpster is full.
IMPORTANT: The management company or property owner may run maintenance on the pool and other amenities to assure correct conditions, but there may be an unforeseen inconvenience, such as equipment failure or bad weather. This won’t grant any refund.
