The crowning jewel of our penthouse is the spacious, private terrace with comfy sun loungers & a dining setting. Enjoy yourself, with lovely views, quiet spaces and off-course a lovely experience throughout.

Living Spaces| The living room is spacious and bright, with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. In the living room, the comfortable sofa can be converted into a sofa bed.
A sunny big terrace equipped with a dining table and sun loungers where our guests can enjoy and relax.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal!
Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, both of which with a double bed, and another room having 5 single beds with an ensuite.
Bathrooms| 3 bathrooms, 2 being on the lower floor and the other on the upper.
Amenities such as supermarket, coffee shops are all at a walking distance.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During the lovely summer season, although he do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
