Enjoy huge open plan living/dining, over unforgettable ocean and valley vistas.
A leather modular couch, sleek timber dining table and smart tv, provide a perfect entertainment space for socialising with family, friends and fur-babies.
3 double bedrooms + study (with double sofa bed and single bed) sleeps 6-8 adults very comfortably.
The vast, tranquil master bedroom offers ocean views from the bed. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast from your private patio whilst breathing sweet, fresh air and being mesmerised by the shimmering ocean below.
Egyptian cotton and French linen sheets - on all the beds - provide added luxury.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the use of De Longhi kettle + toaster, nespresso machine with milk frother, quality cookware and comprehensive crockery.
Oil, salt, pepper, coffee and teas are provided.

Our private farm stay is on 5 acres of lush, tree-studded meadow.
It is easily accessible by car.
Enter the property gates and progress up the drive to the house.

We are 3 minutes drive from quaint and historic historic Tilba Village where you can grab a coffee, shop at the boutiques and have a memorable meal at Sweetwater Restaurant or the historic pub - The Dromedary, circa 1895.
