The space
Welcome to my cozy 75m2 pad nestled in a renovated building. Zip up two short flights to the first-floor entrance, and bam—you're in! It's a three-in-one living area where you can flex your muscles in the mini-gym corner, binge-watch or dive into a novel in the TV/book nook, and whip up a feast in the kitchen, complete with a wooden table and six chairs for your gang.

Stroll down a corridor to find a pint-sized loo on the right, and just next door, a shower to sing in. The bedroom at the end doubles as your escape route with a window that's also an emergency exit—sneaky, right?

Packed with essentials like linens, towels, shampoo, and your must-have kitchen warriors—microwave, oven, blender—plus three umbrellas for when the skies get moody. Need to work? The giant kitchen table's your new office; no separate space, so let's keep it simple.

Parking is possible in underground parking area in the building right across the listing. It should be a regular car.

Entrance Area:
Kick off your shoes, hang up your coat, and grab an umbrella if it looks like rain—welcome home!

Chill out with our curved TV, Netflix ready, digital TV, and books. Got tunes? Connect to our Bluetooth soundbar. There’s a mobile fan to keep you cool, and yes, the cowhide sofa is as comfy as it looks.

Yes, we have toilet paper (because who brings their own?), plus towels, shampoo, and conditioner. Small comforts make all the difference!

Bedroom:
Collapse into the big bed after your adventures. Blackout blinds for the sleep-in days, and yes, that closet is partially off-limits—thanks for not snooping!

A) I am obliged to collect and store your identification information in line with local regulations (Art. 141 of the Law concerning Miscellaneous Provision of March 1, 2007; and Royal Decree on Registration and Control of Travelers Staying in Tourist Accommodation of April 27, 2007).
