Resumen: The property is in a very hip, trendy neighborhood very close to bars, restaurants, stores, and beautiful parks. Because it is more of a residential area, credit cards and US dollars are not always accepted or welcomed, so keep that in mind. Additionally, it was easy to get to the property and there were plenty of Ubers available (and cheap). The property itself is nice, although a bit older than what the pictures suggest, but not in any manner that was problematic. It was clean, had all of the basic necessities, and the rooftop terrace with a washer was very convenient. A few days before arrival, we had a bit of an issue with the host but it was resolved. You see, VRBO had sent an email saying "You're all set" after we provided our credit card info so we filed it away and off we went to Torres del Paine without cell connection. When we finally crossed to Argentina and got service, there was a message from the host about payment being due via paypal only - no credit cards. Because we were in a foreign country, moving that much money from the bank resulted in some time and headaches. So keep that in mind when reserving the property. We also requested an early checkin in but the request was lost in the emails about payment which was also a bit stressful once we were in Buenos Aires. All and all, we were satisfied with the property and would consider renting it again.
