We've taken care of every detail, ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked with pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glasses for your convenience.
The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with a firm mattress, a large built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. We can provide a modern bedside cot suitable for babies up to 6 months old upon request.
Indulge in the modern bathroom, which boasts a walk-in shower with monsoon and handheld shower options, high water pressure, and adjustable temperature. You'll find a modern toilet and a bidet, a spacious basin, shaver charging sockets, and an extractor fan. We provide fluffy towels and essential toiletries for your comfort.
Rest assured, our apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared to meet hotel standards before your arrival, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your checkout, you will be charged 100 GBP.
- Please respect the neighbours and don't play loud music or TV after 10 pm.
