Huge living room with big screen TV, Foosball table, plenty of seating & ocean view. Living room opens into patio with outdoor seating area, outdoor dining table with umbrella for shade, large heated jacuzzi with plenty of jets, and barbecue area with gas grill & island.
Plenty of bedrooms for a large group. 4 bedrooms in all, 2 with King beds. 1 bedroom has 2 Queen beds, and the final bedroom has a bunk with a double on the bottom and a single on top. For larger groups we also offer a roll-away single bed (with advance notice), and for families traveling with babies we offer a Pack n Play (also with advance notice).
The bathrooms are luxurious with lovely tile work—2 bathrooms have bathtubs along with showers.
The home is located in one of the nicest communities in Rosarito, perched on a hill overlooking the coast. Security patrols 24/7, and secure parking is provided on the street in front of the home. Must see to believe—you won’t regret it!
Some important things to know to make sure this is the right place for you:
We do not allow parties, events, outside guests, or live music (i.e. no bands). This home is located in a nice residential community, and we ask guests to respect our neighbors by turning off music outside by 10pm and minimizing noise after this time.
The pricing is set for 8 people or less. The house can accommodate additional people. For groups of over 8, we charge an extra guest fee of $40 per night per guest (over 8 guests). It's important to input the correct number of guests because the extra guest fee doubles for unreported guests who are discovered on the property.

Community located near a lovely beach, quiet and secure but only a short drive to downtown Rosarito. 10-15 minutes to Papas & Beer, 25 minutes to Puerto Nuevo (Lobster town).
It’s easiest to get around from here with a car. Taxis and Uber are also options, and I can refer you to a local driver if you’re interested.
We are pet friendly & allow dogs. We charge a $50 pet cleaning fee (total for the stay). Please let us know when you book if you are planning to bring a pet :)
I’ll send directions and check in instructions the evening before your arrival. It’s self check-in so you’ll receive a 4 digit code you’ll use to unlock the home. Check in is at 3pm for anytime after that. Check out is by 11am.
The house has a Smart TV so you can log in to your Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming platforms.

Please be sure you have included the correct number of guests on your reservation. If you are found with additional guests on the property, you will be charged double the normal extra person fee for each additional guest. Same with pets--if you are bringing a pet, please be sure it is reflected on your reservation. You can modify your reservation to include a pet or to change the number of guests any time.
Jacuzzi
The jacuzzi is one of the highlights of the home! It takes an hour or 2 to heat up (depending on the starting temp). To turn it on, hold down the Temp button and the screen will start to blink. Use the arrows to select the temperature and then hold down the set button. The screen will stop blinking and will return to show the current temperature, but it will begin to heat up. Leave the cover on while heating and while you’re not using the jacuzzi to retain the heat. Please turn off the jets, put the cover on, and lower the heat to 80 degrees when you’re not using the jacuzzi.
It can get cold in the winter months so we offer an optional heater. If you would like to use the heater, there is a charge of $10 per day fir the propane it uses, and we ask that you let us know in advance so that we can set it up and get the propane tank filled up for you.
There is a gas grill on the patio for you to use.
The closest beach access is right at the bottom of the hill that leads up to the community. You can drive down and park in the dirt lot and then walk down the stairs to get to the beach. I walk to the beach from the house all the time, but it’s a long walk and you have to walk across the bridge that cars are exiting the highway on, so it’s not for everyone!
There’s a Walmart about 10 minutes (driving) from the home if you want to stock up on groceries when you arrive, or you could bring your groceries with you.
The fee to bring a pet is $50, and will be added to the cost of your stay in the Airbnb app once you in out that you are bringing a pet.
The base price for renting the home is for 6 people. The house can accommodate up to 12 people for an additional fee of $50 per person per night for each person over 6 guests.
