Additionally they will offer in-person support/maintenance when needed and they have a onsite office open during weekday mornings in Al Kasar, the main commercial centre of the resort.
La Isla is the most private and exclusive area of the resort, surrounded by lakes, with its own security entrance and parking for each apartment. There are two infinity pools, outdoor ping pong tables, a boules pitch and exercise stations along the perimeter promenade. Just outside La Isla is a park with seating and an enclosed football pitch. The centre of Al Kasar is only a few minutes walk away, where you will find a large well stocked supermarket, a good range of bars and restaurants, a gym, furniture shop, hairdressers, dentist, property management, estate agents and ATMs.
Between Narjanos 6 and 7 is the entrance to the Jack Nicklaus designed Alhama Signature Par 72, 6884m golf course with practice facilities, driving range, clubhouse with pro shop, buggy and club hire and its own snack bar with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.
On the other side of the complex, between Jardine 5 and 7, is the Condado clubhouse with its own bar and restaurant, paddle and tennis courts and football area.
The apartment is ideal for exploring the Mazarron area and is about 25 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Bolneuvo, Percheles, La Azohia, and the coastal town of Puerto de Mazarron with marina, beaches, bars and restaurants.
The mountains of the Sierra Espuna nature reserve are a short drive away with hiking trails, quad biking, kayaking, mountaineering and numerous cycle paths. The bright lights of Murcia city are about forty minutes away, as is the historic walled city of Cartagena, with its natural harbour defended by fortresses and a remarkable Roman theatre.
Condado de Alhama is a very secure and gated community with 24 hour security. The complex is patrolled by security guards and there is CCTV in the main communal areas. For access please have your booking confirmation and ID card ready when you arrive at the entrance to the resort.
Guests will have full private access to the apartment and instructions for key collection and apartment location will be sent prior to arrival by Whats App and email.
The apartments on La Isla are accessible by lift and stairs.
This modern furnished two bedroom first floor flat is conveniently located close to one of the infinity pools at the end of block 8 in the secure, private and most exclusive part of the complex with fabulous views over the surrounding lakes, orange groves and mountains in the distance. There is an excellent fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with cable TV including 100Mb wifi, a dining area both indoors or outdoors on the private terrace with comfortable patio seating. Accommodation includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and plenty of hangar storage. Bed linen and towels are provided. Patio doors from the master bedroom lead out onto the terrace and a modern en-suite bathroom completes the accommodation. Smoking is not permitted in the flat and pets are not allowed. For your convenience, we can arrange special requests, cot hire, baby seat hire and starter packs of groceries.
Car hire is strongly recommended during your holiday. Airport transfers and taxi hire are available by prior arrangement. Buses to local attractions are also offered on a limited and seasonal basis.
Travel time to Alicante airport (ALC) is 75 minutes and Corvera airport (RMU) less than 30 minutes.
Normal electricity consumption is included in the rental price. The apartment has a meter connected to the air conditioning, €10 usage is included per stay, additional units can be purchased on site from the management company.
