This isn’t just a place to stay — it’s your lakefront home base in Miami Lakes. Fully updated over 1.5 years, it’s bright, modern, and full of spaces to relax, play, and enjoy the water.
When You Walk In...
Step through the front door and you’ll find the main living room to the left — big comfy couch, extra blankets, large smart TV, and an adjacent formal dining area.
On the right is the second living room with a sofa bed, smart TV, dining table for meals or board games (games included!), a desk with work chair, monitor, printer, and a full-size washer & dryer.
The kitchen sits in the middle, connecting both living rooms so everyone can gather easily. We’ve got a gas stove- perfect for chefs!
AC Sunroom:
Through a set of doors from the second living room, you’ll find the Florida-inspired AC sunroom — completely enclosed to keep the mosquitos out and cooled with its own AC unit. It’s designed for relaxing any time of day with:
A bar and mini fridge
Smart TV
Three comfy couches
Yoga area
A cozy reading nook with a small table facing the lake
Fishing gear ready to go
From here, step out to the patio where you’ll find the BBQ grill and outdoor seating to enjoy lakeside views.

Master suite: king bed, sofa bed, walk-in closet, large en suite bathroom, lake view window, and double doors leading to the AC sunroom.
Double room: two full-size beds and its own en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Three additional bedrooms with queen or full-size beds, each with a smart TV and closet.
Four full bathrooms stocked with plush towels, toiletries, and hair dryers.

Peaceful, comfortable, and perfect for both relaxing and having fun. The sun rises on one side of the lake and sets on the other — an incredible view for your morning coffee or evening wine.
We’re always just a message or call away to make sure your stay is everything you hoped for.
Exciting update: A brand-new pool and hot tub are being added! They’ll be ready to enjoy starting August 24, 2025. Until then, relax in the beautiful backyard just as pictured, with sun loungers and serene lake views.
Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire property — inside and out — so you can enjoy every bit of this lakefront getaway. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the AC sunroom, game & fitness room, patios, SwimSpa, and backyard. Completely privately yours for your stay!
The only spaces off-limits are:
- The boat on the property (sorry- insurance made us lock it up)
- Three locked closets with cleaning and maintenance supplies
Everything else is all yours to make yourself at home!
Other things to note
We’ve put a lot of love into making this home ready for you, so settle in, relax, and treat it like your own. You’ll find plenty of little extras to make your stay easier.
Best of all? We don’t have a list of checkout chores! Just lock up when you leave and... that’s it!
