The stairwell leads to a loft area (the second bedroom) where we have a king bed set up and there is an en-suite full bathroom incorporated into the loft area as well. Ideal for groups of friends & family looking for the go-to central location. But also perfectly suitable for couples looking for a spacious “home away from home” or a romantic break. Comfortable, calm and convenient. We love to go that extra mile so you feel like you are at home.
This is a two bedroom two full bath condo conveniently located right across the street from Thomas Jefferson Hospital and University.
The unit is on the second floor of the building. The first floor features the living room, kitchen, bedroom and full bathroom. The second floor is a loft area that features a king size bed and full bathroom.
NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC. We have zero tolerance for noise disturbances. Violators of our quiet hours will be removed immediately with no refund.

Located steps away from Jefferson Hospital and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shopping, you cannot beat this midtown / center city location. The cross streets are 10th and Locust. You are steps away from some of the best eating, drinking and shopping in the city. Only two blocks to the subway and public transportation.
