The property offers a spacious parking bay conveniently located at the top of the driveway, accommodating a single vehicle comfortably with ample space to turn. As you enter the home, you will ascend the entrance steps and discover your very own luxurious holiday hub.

Located in a central area, this accommodation offers convenient access to the top vineyards on the island, including Mudbrick, Stoney Ridge, Tantalus, Heke and many others. Additionally, the beach is just a short distance away, with Oneroa Beach only a 5-minute drive (or 20min walk), Palm Beach a 10-minute drive, and Onetangi a 15-minute drive.
PLEASE NOTE: An exit cleaning fee applies to each stay. All linen and towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels.
Minimum stays: Seven nights between mid-December and mid-January, two nights all other times and three nights for public holiday weekends.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $500 will be preauthorized to your credit card 2 days before departure. This will be released 5 days after departure. A 3.9% card surcharge applies to all card payments. Note this is non- refundable.
