This grade II listed building is set over two floors and comfortably sleeps ten guests. It is set amongst acres of open farmland and countryside, and offers unspoilt views from every room, making it a perfect rural retreat.
The house is traditional country style home offering 5 spacious king size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
A woodland track leads you to the property, over a stepping stone walkway through the large established gardens and up to the front door, where you step into a handy porch to leave any coats and shoes.
Through the hall there is a large kitchen and dining room, with a marble topped island, a wood-burning stove, a gas range, dining table for 10, as well as a three seater sofa.
Back through the hall there is a lounge, where another wood-burning stove takes centre stage and you can unwind by the fire, in front of the TV on the corner sofa. Adjacent to this there a snug with another comfy corner sofa and television as well as board games and plenty of books to read.
Further on the ground floor there is also a study featuring another gorgeous fireplace. The table and chairs here seat 4 people, perfect for a board game or a quiet workspace.
Upstairs the first bedroom houses a king size sleigh bed with ample wardrobe space and a dressing table with two chairs. Next to this is another king-size double room with a single wardrobe. Adjacent to these bedrooms is the beautiful marble tiled family bathroom hosting a freestanding bath, double shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.
These are followed by the master king-size room that hosts the property's balcony, looking out onto the large gardens and fields, as well as a table with two chairs and an en-suite bathroom with shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC.
At the far end there are two further king size bedrooms sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with another freestanding bath with shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Outside there are large enclosed lawns, complemented by generous patios with two seating areas, ideal for taking your dining experience outdoors to the large table or to the smaller separate seating area by the barbecue and fire pit.
The house is a short drive from the idyllic village of Bolton-by-Bowland which has a village store post office for any essentials, as well as the renowned Coach and Horse's pub serving real ales and award winning food.
