The Space:
Your family or group of friends are going to absolutely love this incredible house in Cancun! It’s outfitted with the most important comforts of home and then some. Close to home are tons of restaurants to try out, beaches to visit, and loads of water activities to experience! But you don’t have to venture out if you don’t want to as the home has a glorious pool, outdoor dining table, a BBQ for grilling up some tasty treats, plenty of seating, and a hammock where you can rest, relax, and recharge!

- A SITTING AREA has a cozy sofa and a 32" HDTV with Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBO Max, Netflix, and premium cable channels for relaxing downtime between activities.
- A fully-equipped KITCHEN that has loads of cabinet space to stock with groceries and all the cookware/dishes that you’d need to prepare homemade dishes. Let’s not forget a coffee maker for that essential morning coffee and a blender for those afternoon mixers! There is a deep freezer in case you want to shop at Costco or Sam’s.
- An awesome FULLY-FENCED BACKYARD with a pool, sunbeds, BBQ, dining table, ping pong table, and a hammock for ultimate relaxation!
- A fun GAME ROOM with a pool table, “Roll and Score” game, and direct access to the backyard.

Pets are allowed with prior approval. There can be a maximum of 2 pets and they must stay outside. Please note that there is 1 dog and 1 cat on the property.
Please note that there is potential for noise as the neighbor has several dogs that may bark. Measures have been taken to minimize this inconvenience.
The home has 3 levels that require quests to climb stairs.
We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, shampoo, and soap. Just note these items are not replenished.
Mid-stay cleaning can be requested and provided for a fee.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind inside the property (tobacco, cannabis, etc) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are allowed with previous authorization. Max 2 pets and they must stay outside in the fenced-in yard.
- There is one dog and one cat living on the patio of the property. The patio is shared with the owner.
Interaction with Guests:
The host will meet you up on your arrival to check you in. Please advise us of the approximate arrival time at the airport.
