Toilet paper, garbage bag,s and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
Guest Access:
➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit; feel free to make yourself at home!
➤ Availability of free driveway parking + garage parking. (Vehicles must be under 7 feet in height and 18 feet in length to fit in the garage.) Guests may park on the driveway or inside the garage. Please note: there is no EV charger provided, but a 240v plug is available in the garage for guests to use with their own mobile charger.
➤ Commercial signage or advertisements on any vehicles parked on the property are not permitted.

Tucked into North Scottsdale, this neighborhood offers a peaceful suburban feel while keeping you close to city perks. Just minutes away, you’ll find excellent shopping and dining at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, plus grocery stores and local cafés for everyday needs. ➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
