The Dairy is a carefully designed bungalow with everything that you could need for a lavish self-catering staycation in Lincolnshire. Ultra spacious and modern, it features an open plan kitchen diner which is fully equipped with cookware and appliances including an oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
In the living room, you can relax and socialise in the tranquil setting after your days of taking in the finest of what the area has to offer. Open up the bi-fold doors and you’ll be in the generously sized garden. Home to a hot tub and an outdoor seating area, you’ll be able to enjoy plenty of quality time with your loved ones here while enjoying the stunning surroundings.
The property boasts two gorgeous bedrooms, the first fitted with a king size bed and the second boasting two single beds. In the master bedroom you will find an ensuite shower room, exposed wooden beams and gorgeous fittings. Similar in style, the second bedroom has premium soft furnishings and is finished to a high standard.
Featuring light grey tiles, a bathtub and an overhead shower, the family bathroom at The Dairy is modern and stylish. A WC and basin complete the space to a comfortable finish.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to The Dairy are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.
Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle.
Up to five well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at The Dairy per reservation.
