A 10m² fully furnished private room in a stylish shared apartment on the 2nd floor, in a recently renovated building. The room has a large wardrobe closet, desk, chairs, curtains/blinders and a lockable door. The view is toward a park, and the building is located at the end of a side street with practically no traffic. The bathroom has been recently renovated, and tenants have a washing machine they may use. There are new sauna facilities on the top floor of this high rise building.
The rent is all-inclusive with no hidden fees. Refundable security deposit is only one month's rent, and refundable within a week from the move out date.
