You'll love the brand-new private hot tub for six! The Sunset Beach community is one of the most desirable beaches in the greater Huntington Beach area, offering a quaint oceanside location with plenty of things to do.
This completely renovated three-bedroom, two-bath, two-story, 1,400-square-foot home has an exquisite, large grassy lawn, with Mediterranean landscaping surrounding it, a concrete area with a picnic table for six to eight, and a second table with four high-top chairs. This creates a gated, private, serene yard that is easily accessed with sliders from the great room’s living and dining areas. A barbecue grill makes meal-making easy.
This home has a light, bright great room area with a large flat-screen TV, and a view of, and access to, the yard area, which makes it feel like you are living both indoors and outdoors at the same time. This feeling is enhanced by lattice work that creates a retro feel.
Right next to the living room is a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar with four high-top chairs. The kitchen has everything you need to create meals and snacks for all, as it has both modern appliances and all the amenities you need to keep everyone full and happy.
There is an inside dining table with bench seating in a separate alcove just beside the kitchen. This area has also has a large flat-screen TV and patio access to the yard.
There are three bedrooms and a bonus room in this home. The upstairs primary bedroom has a large flat-screen TV and access to a second-floor balcony where you can look out on your “temporary estate.”
There are also two separate guest bedrooms, a bonus room, and a sofa bed - so this home comfortably sleeps the whole family.
There are two bathrooms - each with a single sink vanity. One has a tub/shower combo, and the other has a large walk-in shower. And to ensure that you are comfortable at all times, this home is furnished with a plentiful supply of premiere linens.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 in beds, with a maximum of 10 allowed.
These are stairs in this home to the bedrooms, so it may not be suitable for everyone.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc. This home is equipped with surveillance equipment as required by local city ordinance.
