* Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is at 4:00 P.M and check-out is at 10:00 A.M.
* Quite Hours: Respect the neighborhood by observing quiet hours from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.
* Property Capacity: The maximum occupancy of the property is 16 guests. The charge for additional guests visiting the premises at anytime need to be reviewed by the property owners and a charge of $50 per person per visit may apply depending on the nature of visit or gathering.
* Smoking Policy: Smoking and Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
* Pets: Prior approval is required for guests bringing pets. Additional fees or rules may apply depending on pet size, type.

* Parking: Park only in designated area which his the main driveway. The main driveway supports parking for up to 10 vehicles. Additional parking guidelines will be provided for events. Do not park on the lawn or block neighborhood driveways.
* Cleaning and Maintenance: Help maintain the property by keeping it clean and treating all amenities with care. Report any damages or issues immediately.
* Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and safety, supervising their children whether indoors or outdoors, using the premises with utmost care. The property owner is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or lost items during the stay.
