Join the Lubbock locals at the Freemont Estate! This 3BR/2BA features a stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, new bedding, a smart TV, and appliances to make your stay as homey as possible. Our plush king and queen mattresses will give you the best sleep while traveling, and extra space is available on the couch making this property offer so much to small and large groups. Located off Indiana and 82nd, this home is perfect for comfortable stays both short and long.
Our property has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and a large backyard.
The living room has a brand-new sectional set and a 58-inch smart TV with all the streaming apps downloaded. You are more than welcome to log into your personal account or use the screen mirroring function on tablets and laptops, since we do not provide cable. The internet in this property is fast and you're welcome to hook up your laptop or gaming system to the TV as well.
Our kitchen comes stocked with the cooking and utensil basics to cook a meal during your stay. Stainless steel oven, fridge, dishwasher, sink and other appliances make this kitchen a dream to cook in. The large dining table sits just to the side and allows plenty of seating, which could double as a place to setup your laptop and work from home.
The bathroom is clean, updated, and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The hair dryer is mounted on the wall and other miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a king bed, while the other two have queens. We've been told they are the comfiest to stay on and are often asked where they are from. New linens in each bedroom also spice up the décor in this property. Two nightstands are on each side of the beds, and closet space with hangers allows you to hide away luggage. We also have luggage stand in each bedroom.
The laundry room is right next to the kitchen for use with an iron and ironing board available.
All areas of the home are available to guests with the exception of any locked cleaning closets. Ours is located right before the laundry room.
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!
Shawna, Meaghan, and Jenna are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.
Freemont Estate is located off of Indiana and 82nd in a well established neighborhood. It is quiet and very safe area. Texas Tech is only a ten minute drive from the house.
There is plenty of grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants nearby. Lubbock is a large city and it's best if you have your own vehicle. If you do not, you can use either Lyft or Uber rideshare services during your stay.

- No smoking inside the property
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, let Jenna, Meaghan or Shawna know immediately.
- Please do not use the linens in the bathroom to remove your make-up. If towels are stained upon arrival please let us know.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party, you will be responsible for the service call fee.
