The Captain's Quarters is located in Savannah’s historic fishing village which is 10 minutes to downtown Savannah, 15 minutes to Tybee Island, and a stroll to the intercoastal waterway. The property is walkable to several top restaurants and bars, such as Tubby's, Tortugas, Finches Sandwiches & Sundries, and Erica Davis Seafood. You are also only 5 minutes from Bonaventure Cemetery, fishing piers, and boat ramps.

You'll be staying in the cozy and charming Captain's Quarters, which sleeps up to two guests and is the downstairs unit of the main cottage. This unit is named The Captain's Quarters because it symbolizes where the captain of a shrimp boat would live beneath the ship.
Upstairs, at The Shrimp Boat Cottage, guests experience a space that sleeps up to two guests. Named in honor of Thunderbolt's rich shrimping history. The name pays homage to this history, as well as the iconic shrimp boat scene from Forrest Gump, which was filmed off the coast of Georgia.
