Are the pools heated year-round?
Absolutely! The clubhouse pool and lazy river are heated all year round.
What are the pool hours?
The pools open at 9 AM and close at 9 PM daily.
What are the height restrictions for the waterslides?
Riders must be at least 36 inches tall, and only one rider is allowed at a time.
Are there activities at the Resort?
Yes, and the activities change monthly.
Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?
Yes, mini-golf is $5 for kids and $7 for adults. Kayak rental is $15 for 30 minutes or $20 per hour, with occasional specials.
What time do the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?
They open at 11 AM and close at 8 PM daily.
What time does the Clubhouse open/close?
9 AM – 9 PM daily.
What time does the Fitness Center open/close?
5 AM – 12 AM daily.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
Trash must be disposed of daily in the resort dumpster to maintain a clean home. Additional charges apply if not followed.
All reservations require a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and credit card authorization.
A copy of a government-issued ID will be required.
Due to an increase in fraudulent reservations, we will send a DocuSign form requesting a copy of the ID and credit card. This information will be submitted through a secure link and deleted 15 days after checkout.
*Note: Pool heat is complimentary for up to 3 days if requested for the entire stay. The use of the BBQ grill is free, but the propane is the guest's responsibility
Important Information:
This is a self-catering home; please purchase personal toiletries and groceries from the nearest supermarket. Florida law prohibits leaving open food items between guest stays, so no food, condiments, or coffee will be provided.
Pool Heat is optional and may take 24-48 hours to warm up during colder weather. It must be requested at least 3 days prior to check-in. The pool heat works through heat exchange and might not function in weather near freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity offered to most properties and can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate with a minimum of days.
Our pool heat pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions, causing a temporary shut-off until functionality is regained.
Trash Disposal please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to maintain a clean home. You will find detailed instructions regarding trash collection in the information folder located in the house. Additional charges apply if not complied with, where the owner has to send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.
