Modern contemporary and super spacious villa on 2 levels. Three bedrooms and two baths located on the upper level (4 beds, sleeps 8). The living rooms, kitchen, dining and powder room are on the main level.
The master bedroom suite is 800 sq ft and offers a feeling of grandeur with beautiful hardwood floor, high ceiling and large windows with panoramic views. The master bath has a standing shower with beautiful marble slab, high ceiling, deep soaking whirlpool tub leading to a private balcony facing west that offers amazing sunset views. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs in the main house are also spacious and share an full luxurious bath that also has a standing shower and a deep soaking tub.
All bedrooms come with Comfortable beddings. In-door laundry. Lots of windows that allow plenty of natural light. Professionally landscaped yard. Great for outdoor leisure.

Guests have private use of all indoor spaces shown in the pictures which includes the entire main level and upper floor of the home plus the private elevated deck.
Guest has access to laundry in the garage. Garage also serves as host storage and laundry.
There shall be NO EXCEPTIONS granted regarding house rules. If your intended use of property does not conform to the house rules, that means you need to look elsewhere for a more suitable place for your stay.
Guest must obtain host pre-approval to have visitors for day use.
Any unauthorized visitors will result in additional charges ($50 per person for day use/$100 per person for overnight stay).
Violation of house rules regarding Unauthorized Events, No Smoking and No Pets will result in $1,000 extra cleaning fee billed to your booking.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out hourly rate is $100 and has to be approved ahead of time to confirm availability.
Guest required to provide valid picture ID and execute rental agreement.

1. Built-in Oven in the upstairs kitchen is not operational. There is a large toaster oven in the upstairs kitchen and the downstairs kitchen has a full size oven for your use.
2. Fireplace in the master bedroom upstairs is not operational.
Host (Property Manager) lives in junior attached in-law unit on the ground level of the house, located in the side yard facing the zen garden. Host space is completely separate and private from the rest of the house. The indoor spaces shown on this listing are completely private for guest use only. Host respects guests privacy.
On occasion, you may see host tending to the yard when the outdoor space is not in use by guest. The outdoor ground level of the property is considered shared use. Whenever possible, please give host heads up of when you would like to have private use of the backyard, in which case, host will be happy to accommodate.
