As you step inside you’re greeted with a sitting area and a spacious living area with a beautiful view as its backdrop. The living area features a plush lounge and smart TV (FTA & apps) to relax and unwind on holidays.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the modern appliances you need when cooking when away from home, complemented by a spacious curved bench for effortless meal preparation and socialising. The adjacent dining area offers seating for eight to enjoy meals while relishing the breathtaking views. The east wing of the home features a spacious kids rumpus room with an array of toys, games, a cozy lounge area, and a smart TV (apps only), ensuring the kids will be entertained for hours.
As you step outside onto the large deck area, you are immediately greeted by the amazing views, the space features an outdoor dining table with seating for 16 to relax and enjoy meals alfresco style. Guests will have access to the entire home except the garages. There is plenty of space to park 5-6 cars in the driveway and there is also free street parking available.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form in full.
*We use hotel quality linen via a professional linen service that adhere to the highest levels of Australian chemical & heat sanitisation standards.
