You're just a 20 walk to Eden Park - NZ's largest sports stadium. A 15-min walk to some of Auckland's best shopping and dining on Ponsonby Rd and also just 15 mins Karahgahape Rd where you'll find the most vibrant nightlife and some of the best eateries in the city.
The Space:
A spacious, luxury appointed apartment with a master bedroom and walk-in wardrobe and a second double bedroom to accommodate 4 guests.

The Neighborhood:
Uptown (in Mt Eden) is a vibrant precinct perfectly located to get to anywhere you need to in central Auckland - you can walk to some of the best dining, retail and nightlife spots the city has to offer.
Walk to Eden Park in around 20 mins if you're here for sports or events (Rugby World Cop anyone?!), and to Ponsonby Road in 15 mins for fantastic retail and dining experiences. The bustling Karagahape Rd is also just a 15 min walk - here you'll find a vibrant nightlife scene and some of the best restaurants and wine bars in the city!
Be sure to drop into Mibo patisserie - just a few minutes walk from the apartment - for your morning caffeine and pastry fix, you won't regret it! The best pasties and sandwiches in town - don't miss their classic almond croissant or the roast beef reuben... delicious.
You're just a few minutes walk to Maungawhau/Mount Eden - a walk to the top/crater is the perfect way to start your morning while getting full panoramic views of the entire city! Pretty spectacular.
Rest of Auckland City:
The Viaduct - the best bars and restaurants in the city! The New Zealand Maritime Museum is here, as well as Silo Park where you can watch outdoor films for free in the evening. You can also catch ferries from here to the amazing islands in the Hauraki Gulf like Waiheke, Tiritiri Matangi, and Rangitoto, as well as go on a whale and dolphin safari.
Federal Street - next to the Sky Tower (you can't miss it!) There are a lot of really nice bars and restaurants and cafes in this street, as well as the Sky City Casino and of course the Sky Tower. Dine at the top of tower at restaurant with the best views in Auckland, and jump off the Sky Walk to get down
Aotea Square - Auckland's cultural centre. Surrounding the square you'll find the Town Hall, Aotea Centre, Event cinemas, and two theatres (The Civic and the Q). The square itself is a nice place to people watch and sip some coffee. An ice-rink is the main attraction here during winter.
Albert Park, Art Gallery and the Museum - Albert Park is a lovely place where you can chill and read, and the Auckland art gallery is next door on Wellesley Street. If you keep walking up Wellesley Street, past Auckland University, and across Grafton Road, you will eventually find Auckland Domain which is the biggest park in Auckland and has the Auckland War Memorial Museum, as well as an amazing botanical garden.
Karangahape Road (a.k.a 'K' Road) - If you head up the hill on Queen Street, you'll eventually reach K Road, where you'll find Auckland's alternative night scene. Many great bars, live music, shisha cafes, and cheap takeaways are what K Road is known for.
Ponsonby – If you head West of the CBD, you will find the Ponsonby area. There is old colonial-style architecture there, many great stores for shopping, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Some of the best restaurants in Auckland are here, especially great for fine dining as this is an up-market area of Auckland.
Parnell - Known for it's variety of dining options, boutiques and galleries. Also many cool bars to check out. Non Solo Pizza is highly recommended if you're after great food, cocktails and buzzing atmosphere (for a mature crowd). Load up on fresh fruit and veg and enjoy a variety of food stalls every weekend at 545 Parnell Road is La Cigale - French Farmer's Market! There are also footpaths and bike trails that lead across the parklands of Auckland Domain.
Apart from these mini adventures, Queen Street (main street the city) is filled with shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, live music venues, and more! Make sure you explore High Street as well, which lies just parallel to Queen Street. That whole area is very nice to walk, relax, or dine out in, and tends to be a bit cheaper than Queen Street if you want to do some shopping.
Getting Around:
There are local buses to access the whole of Auckland but you're really spoilt for choice with what's on offer within a 2 - 20 min walk!
There is a free park allocated to our apartment, so if you're driving chat with us and we'll tell you how to access it within the building!
Other Things to Note:
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Key Pick Up: There is a lockbox located at the building. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.
Train station next to building: You'll be located next to a train station so you may experience some noise from trains passing by.
Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with the ID provided for the main guest. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.
Parking: There is a parking space in which you'll need to operate an electronic parking lift. Please note this is not suitable for large vehicles (utes etc)
Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the property but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 4x tea/coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
Parking: Large vehicles not suitable
