Inside, the space is sunny and inviting, offering a well-designed floor plan and cheery beach decor. Sink into the big comfy armchair with a tour guide of the city, or plot out your adventures over chips and salsa on the dining table with seating for four. The well-equipped galley kitchen offers everything you need to make an intimate dinner at home, or pack your hamburgers and buns to the community charcoal grills by the pool. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Dock details: There is a boat dock along Grand Lagoon. $50 fee covers docking of boat, and parking of boat trailer for entire stay. Payable to HOA upon arrival, guests will fill out 2 forms, and receive a tag for the trailer, and a sticker for their boat. HOA Office is located by the pool, hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm Mon- Fri.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
