The villa is situated directly on the waterfront and is furnished in a complete and modern way. On the ground floor, you will have a beautiful, spacious living room with a TV at your disposal and a luxurious open-plan kitchen with kitchen island, microwave and dishwasher. There're two bedrooms, one of which for 3 people, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A storage room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a separate toilet in the hallway complete this floor. On the first floor, you will find five bedrooms, one of which with three beds.
