Relax in the cozy first level with a family room, dining area, and wood burning fireplace. Hosts two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a twin sleeper sofa. Fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar. Step outside onto two of the decks or the charming front yard to enjoy the mountain scenery and the relaxing creek sounds.This property has easy access and onsite parking.
The chalet has the perfect nature retreat, meets rustic decor balance! Enjoy coffee in front of the fireplace or out on one of the many exterior hangouts. The large wooded yard is a nature lovers paradise while offering a private fenced in entrance that extends throughout the back of the property. Feel at home with linens, kitchen necessities, and plenty of entertainment. The kitchen will have cleaning supplies, paper products, spices, and a coffee station. Each bathroom has a shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispenser. This is perfect for families, couples, or a small friends getaway. This space includes multiple patios with mountain views, relaxing creek sounds, and a brand new fire pit. This place has it all!
A Frame Of Mind is in the heart of Maggie Valley. The Cataloochee Ski Resort and Tube World are just 2 miles away. Enjoy all that downtown Maggie Valley has to offer, all under a 10 minute drive. With so many nearby destinations you will not fall short of finding dining, entertainment, and outdoor adventures.
Maggie Valley is located in Haywood County. Haywood County is home to part of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the most visited National Park in the U.S.
The area offers plenty of other activities including yearly festivals & events, historical sites & museums, art & theater, local food and beer, as well as seasonal activities such as golfing & skiing.
Our home is located near the Blue Ridge Parkway and four entrances to its many hiking, overlooks, and picnic spots. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the many opportunities for fishing, rafting, and kayaking.
Regardless of when you visit, Haywood County offers an authentic Appalachian experience.
Major grocery stores, Ingles Super Market and Publix are both located in Waynesville approximately 15 minutes away from the chalet. Maggie Valley and Waynesville are both home to local markets and stores

In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees will apply:
$59 Accidental Damage Waiver which covers up to $1500 in accidental damage during a guest stay. Any damage in excess of $1500 will be the guest's responsibility. Negligent or purposeful damage will be the responsibility of the guests and is not covered by the accidental damage insurance.

-This is a pet-friendly home. PRE-APPROVAL PRIOR TO BOOKING IS REQUIRED. A $115 pet fee (plus tax) will be applied to your reservation if you plan to bring a pet with you. (Please inquire with owner for approval prior to booking your reservation) Maximum 2 dogs allowed. Fees must be paid in full prior to receiving the access codes for check in. Dog(s) must be house and crate trained. Sorry, no cats or exotic animals are allowed. Failure to get pet approval prior to your stay will result in a fine of $300 + standard pet fee.

- Check-in time at this home is at or after 4pm-11pm (local time).
- Check-out time at this home is at or before 10am (local time). There is a $50/hr charge for any additional hours requested and approved before hand.
