Our gorgeous Normand-style house comes fully furnished with 4 bedrooms; it’s a large house and fits comfortably 2 families with children:
BEDROOM 1 (DOWNSTAIRS) En-suite double bedroom with one 1m40 double bed and En-suite shower room with washing machine and dryer
BEDROOM 2 (UPSTAIRS) one queen size bed 1m60 this room is large enough for a single bed or a baby’s cot. The shared bathroom with bath and shower is just opposite this room.
BATHROOM this bathroom/shower room is located outside room 2 and is shared with rooms 3 and 4.
BEDROOM 3 (UPSTAIRS) the children’s area with 4 single beds is located next to the playroom (ROOM 4)
PLAYROOM/BEDROOM 4 (UPSTAIRS) the playroom with a piano and children’s toys contains a double pull-out sofa bed perfect for older children or teenagers who want their own space.
TOILET (DOWNSTAIRS) is located in the hallway downstairs.
LIVING/DINING AREA (DOWNSTAIRS) is a large open-plan living, and dining room, that opens into a large veranda with separate seating that looks into the gorgeous forestry garden.
KITCHEN (DOWNSTAIRS) is a fully equipped modern kitchen (with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and all appliances you need to cook an amazing dinner after a long day out.
THE GARDEN SHED – is full of useful objects to enjoy your stay, deckchairs and garden toys for the kids.
THE SHARED SWIMMING POOL - open during the spring and summer seasons. This is a shared communal pool located about a 5-minute walk from the house or 2 minutes by bike. There are changing rooms and showers in the pool building.
THE DOMAIN - The private domain is super safe, and everyone is very friendly - so it's absolutely fine for children to enjoy all activities unsupervised.
*WIFI - There is free Wifi but somewhat limited due to the fact that the house is located in a secluded forest gated residence and sometimes cuts off but mostly works, free parking places for 2 cars and also an outside ping pong table.
THE SURROUNDING AREA - The beaches of Deauville and Trouville and the fishing village of Honfleur are only 15 km away. It is a perfect mixture of countryside and seaside - the perfect spot for a family looking to discover the wonders of Normandy!

Please be respectful of the house and the surroundings. No loud parties in the house and please feel free to use any food you find, as well as toilet paper, etc - we only ask that you kindly replace it for other guests before leaving. Some rooms in the house are locked by key, these areas are not included in your stay.
