Casa Velunia is located on the second floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 35 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Velunia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The terrace is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof and by a pergola. It is equipped with sofas and armchairs, as well as with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. At your disposal there will be a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet). From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Lake Bracciano and castle.
Verandah
The ceiling of the verandah is sloped and has an height of 2 meters (6.6 feet) at its lowest point. Is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs, and you will find a smart TV. In the verandah you will find a cooking area. This area is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle, and the dining table can accommodate four guests. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches), located on the mezzanine level. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
