You will be in a pedestrian precinct, approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. It is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate two guests. The kitchen has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Mezzanine LevelBedroom
In the living room you will find a closed mezzanine level, without door. The ceiling is vaulted and has an height of 94 centimeters (3.1 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two bedroom chairs. The room has a window with a view of the sea, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
