This apartment is strictly for a maximum of 2 adults and is the perfect retreat for couples or friends seeking a relaxing holiday. Please note that the apartment can only accommodate two guests at a time – additional guests are not allowed. The guest apartment is located in an annex building and shares the outdoor area and pool with the main house. The owner occasionally uses the main house and accesses the pool early in the morning, allowing the guests full privacy for the rest of the day. The occupancy of the apartment is limited to two adults, and the use of the apartment is strictly for adults only.
Location and Surroundings:
The apartment is accessible from Palma and the airport in just 45 minutes and offers convenient connections to the scenic coves of Cala Llombards (5 km, about 9 minutes by car) and Cala Santanyi (7 km, about 10 minutes by car). Local bakeries and restaurants are only 200 meters away and can be reached in less than two minutes on foot. The town center and the charming town of Santanyí are just 3 km away, making the apartment an ideal starting point for exploring local culture and enjoying culinary delights.
Apartment Details:
The ground-floor apartment allows direct access to a private terrace and provides simple yet complete facilities that leave no desires unmet. Two bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm), ensure flexibility and comfort. A bathroom with a shower is available for your refreshment. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for preparing delicious meals, and the sunny terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy the Mallorcan sun. The air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures on hot days and warms the living spaces during the colder season.
Outdoor Area:
Enjoy direct access to the communal outdoor area with a pool and garden. Sun loungers by the pool are available for communal use. Parking can be found on the street next to the house. The apartment's own terrace is the perfect spot for outdoor breakfasts or cozy evenings.

To ensure that all guests can enjoy their stay and the use of our facilities, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:
- The use of the pool at night is not permitted.
- Please do not leave any objects floating in the pool.
- After use, please remove inflatable mattresses from the pool and store them properly.
Please note that the use of air conditioning incurs an additional charge of €15 per day. This fee is not calculated in advance but is collected directly on-site by the owner. We would like to inform our guests that this service is completely optional and should only be used if necessary.
What is in the apartment?
Bed linen, towels, and optional pool towels for an additional fee are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
