Enjoy the luxury comforts of this exclusive villa, laying in 2 acre outdoor area. Dip your toes in the crystal clear waters of the 32m² private swimming heated (with extra fee) pool (4x8 & 1,60 meters deep), embellished with a special children’s pool compartment (2,5x4 & 0,60 meters deep). Relax under the warmth of the Greek sun on the premium sun beds or one of the lounge areas. From the impeccable still life artwork design to the stimulating outdoor settings, the villa’s enclosed setting is a real lure, inspiring even the most discerning of guests.
Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ- Broil King) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area with pergola. There is also an outdoor kitchen equipped with all the essentials in order for you to enjoy culinary homemade delicacies; electric oven and induction hobs, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, sink, cutlery, dishes and glasses. The BBQ area is also embellished with a 55” Smart TV. For an added touch of luxury, the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts is the lounge area next to the heated pool with fire pit & a 32” Smart TV for endless hours of relaxation. With spacious outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 70€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This captivating ground floor Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 140m² indoor space. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts four bedrooms & four en suite bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. With an abundance of al fresco activities in which to immerse yourself, you're unlikely to venture too far afield when you take exclusive hire of the Villa.
The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds and two extra guests can be accommodated, one in the couch of the living room area and one in a folding bed which can be provided (upon request) at one of the bedrooms with the King Size bed. The maximum capacity is 10 guests.

The closest local taverna is located at Skouloufia village, approximately within 2 kilometre distance from the Villa (less than 5 minutes driving). Guests can find a beautiful sandy beach, which is located in Skaleta Village within 8 kilometre distance (approximately 15 minutes driving). Also, in Skaleta there are all the shops that you might need during your holiday, such as super markets, taverns, cafes, small shops, an ATM machine, a petrol station and various other facilities. Last but not least, in Stavromenos, which is located within approximately 10 minutes driving, you will find a super market, a bakery and a butcher’s shop, as well as lovely local tavernas.
