The apartment is located on the north side of Aruba, in a quiet residential area called Bubali. We are right next to the dynamic Palm Beach district of mainstream hotels, restaurants and a stone’s throw away from the beautiful white Eagle Beach.
Enjoy the beautiful weather using our comfortable sun beds on the edge of the swimming pool right outside your apartment. Because we run a small scale operation, you don’t need to worry about finding a good spot; there will always be a place for you in the sun or in the shade.
Beach lovers have the world renowned Eagle Beach with its pristine sand and clear waters only 800 meters away. Nightlife, shopping malls and the best restaurants are just 1 km from your apartment. But if you want to stay in, our apartments are equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal and as for groceries, just go to the Super Food Plaza that is simply 200 meters away.
Bubali Luxury Apartments are located 15 min from downtown Oranjestad and 20 minutes away from the airport.

Bubali Luxury Apartments’ objectives are similar to the policies set by the Government of Aruba; we want to save energy and water and therefore we use renewable resources as much as possible whilst protecting the environment.
We have solar panels that generate electricity during the day. That energy is stored in batteries for its consumption overnight. This system is currently under development. We also have solar boilers to create hot water. It is our target to be energy neutral in one year.
All the light fixtures have energy efficient “LED” bulbs.
A new, modern design septic tank has been placed to manage waste water more efficiently.
Furthermore, there is a Biokube that treats all the waste water in a biological way. This treated water is re-used for the flushing the toilets, spraying the plants and the washing machines.
All electrical appliances, such as the air-conditioning units, the fridges, the freezers, the TV’s etc. are all based on energy saving inverter technology resulting in the highest possible energy efficiency.
The roofs are fully isolated and all windows are double glass, which saves energy by keeping the living space cool.
