Bournecoast are very excited to offer you this fabulous family home which has so many unique features, including a hot tub, outdoor BBQ hut, outdoor kitchen area, a home gym, a video doorbell and an external security camera. There really is so much included with this accommodation to help make your holiday really special. The house boasts a contemporary design and has everything you could need for a self catering break away. It is situated in a residential road in the Littledown area of Bournemouth, just a short drive away from the sandy beaches and Bournemouth town centre.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
The spacious Master Bedroom has a plush Superking Bed, a walk in wardrobe and an ensuite shower room with a double shower cubicle and toilet. The second bedroom is a Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed. The third bedroom is also a Double Bedroom and has a FLATSCREEN TV with FREEVIEW. The fourth bedroom is a Single or Double Bedroom with a Single Bed which has a pull out bed to convert it into a Double Bed.
The house has a spacious lounge/diner that overlooks the garden and has a 65" FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - VIDEO - FREE WIFI is available (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Leading off the lounge is the adjoining modern kitchen with a RANGEMASTER COOKER - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - WINE COOLER - COFFEE MACHINE. In the separate utility room you will find the convenience of a WASHING MACHINE - TUMBLE DRYER. The garage also has a second FRIDGE/FREEZER.
On the first floor there is the main bathroom which includes a corner bath, separate shower cubicle and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
In the hallway there is an office area with a desk.
Leading off the lounge are double doors to the garden. The garden is a real feature of this house and has a wide range of facilities including the luxurious addition of a HOT TUB (seating 5) - an outdoor kitchen area with a GAS BBQ - HOT PLATE - SINK and a large OUTDOOR BBQ HUT (seating 8). The garden has a patio area with outdoor furniture and a lawn area.
The house has two parking spaces on the drive and the added advantage of an ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING POINT.
This accommodation offers a HOME GYM AREA which is located in the garage and has an ELECTRIC EXERCISE BIKE - WORKOUT AREA and a FLATSCREEN TV with FREEVIEW.

THE LOCAL AREA:
A short walk from the property is the Littledown Park, set in 47 acres of parkland with its own high ropes adventure complex, miniature railway, play park and even a paddling pool (open seasonally). Next door is the award-winning Littledown Centre which boasts some of the finest leisure, swimming, football and gym facilities. A short drive from the house is Castlepoint Shopping complex containing around 40 shops, including major retailers such as Marks & Spencer, Boots, Topshop, Asda, Sainsbury's and Next providing an outdoor mall experience. Playgolf Bournemouth is not far from the house, set in a beautiful rural location with views over the River Stour and Avon Forest it has a dinosaur themed adventure golf experience, state-of-the-art driving range, beautifully landscaped gardens, restaurant, bar and more. Next door to the Playgolf is a 24 hour Tesco Extra Store to stock up on everything you need. Bournemouth centre is approximately 3.8 miles away with miles of beautiful sandy beaches which all have second to none facilities to provide wonderful family holidays. With countless attractions and the promise of an endless list of activities to partake in, Bournemouth town centre has things to suit every party. Perhaps you may want to hop aboard the brightly coloured land train for a trip along the seafront where you are able to take in the sights of the Bournemouth seaside and enjoy views out to the Isle of Wight.
